For the safety of our pack, all guests must be fully vaccinated (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) and arrive symptom-free. If a guest ever feels under the weather, they will be given a cozy isolation space while we contact you for an immediate pickup.
🎾 Safe, Supervised Play
Our yards are continuously monitored to ensure safe, high-energy fun. We strictly enforce a positive environment. Unprovoked aggression or resource guarding is not a fit for our open-play pack.
🚨 Emergency Peace of Mind
In the rare event of a medical emergency, your pet's well-being is our absolute priority. We will immediately attempt to reach you or your emergency contact, with pre-authorized consent to secure urgent veterinary care if you are unreachable.
🔒 Secure Stays & Pickups
To maintain our careful staff-to-dog ratios, all dates and rates are locked in upon booking. For ultimate security, we will strictly only release guests to their primary owner or a pre-authorized pickup person.
